Journey to the Stage: 3 Weeks out

So A LOT has happened over the past 5 weeks! A trip to Seattle, family visitors, a jam packed schedule, girl time, and even a hemorrhoid. YUP a hemorrhoid! But with everything that has been going on, I have still managed to progress at a steady pace. My suit has come in and it's nice to put on to see what I need to work on these next 3 weeks.


My main focus is to get as lean as I can and I have myself on a strict white fish, spinach or asparagus, and complex carb diet. Boring much...but I want to be as ready as I can be for my first show. I am also taking my usual AdvoCare supplements! Thanks to my friend Shelby O'Fay, I am now in the right direction and I couldn't be more thankful!

My lower body has been frustrating to tighten! It is amazing how different exercises will effect people's bodies differently! It has been a lot of trial and error, frustration, and sweat.
