HIGAfit Boot Camp classes are designed to help you MOVE and FEEL better. Each class will be a high energy and full body circuit. We will begin with a dynamic warm up and mobility exercises. A strength and cardio interval will follow. Progressions and regressions will be offered to fit your fitness level so you can go at your own pace. We will end with a cool down stretch and group photo (optional).
